  • PEG Fees to support local access programming
  • Franchise Fees (5% of Comcast’s video revenue), which help fund:
    • City communications like the Burnsville Bulletin, website tools and digital content
    • About $185,000 annually goes to the General Fund; the rest supports the City’s Cable Franchise Fund
