The City of Burnsville offers men’s and co-rec broomball leagues for players 18+. 

2022 Broomball Registration

Registration Opens: Monday, Nov. 8, 2021
Registration Deadline: Friday, Dec. 24, 2021 or until all spots are filled

Men’s Leagues 

This double-header league is played outdoors on Sunday or Monday nights, depending on team availability and preference (weather permitting).

When: Sundays or Mondays (depending on team availability and league preference) Jan. 9 or 10 - Feb. 27 or 28
Cost:   $360/team

Game Play: 

  • Game start times are a mix of 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. AND 8:30 p.m.
  • Teams may carry up to 16 players on their roster
  • Each team is responsible for providing one game quality ball
  • Teams are required to have two sets of jerseys or pinneys (light and dark)
  • Non-duplicate numbers on jerseys are strongly recommended
  • All games are staffed with one official
  • Additional equipment is required. See rules for details
  • Prizes will be awarded to the league champion based on league registrations

Co-Rec Leagues 

This league is played outdoors on Friday nights (weather permitting).
