Thank you for your interest in reserving space at City Hall! Due to the ongoing Police City Hall Project, our available conference rooms are very limited and can only accommodate small groups; up to 10 people. We encourage you to contact our office directly at 952-895-4400 to check current availability and learn more about the rental process.

If City Hall is unable to accommodate your request, please see below for other rental options in the community:

    • All rooms require a three hour minimum, see Fees and Charges for current rates
      • Conference Room 1 and Conference Room 2 – maximum capacity of 12
      • Conference Room 3 – maximum capacity of four
      • Classroom – maximum capacity 60 people

Fees

Rental fees are determined based on the type of room, number of hours reserved and whether the renter is a resident, non-resident, business or non-profit. See Fees and Charges for current rates or give us a call at 952-895-4400 to discuss your needs.
