Dakota County awarded federal grant to construct roundabout
Dakota County, in partnership with the City of Burnsville, was successful on its federal grant application to replace the existing signal with a roundabout at County Road 11 and Burnsville Parkway. A roundabout is the best approach to improve the intersection based on safety and present and future traffic. The roundabout will also include trail connections to safely serve pedestrians and bicyclists.
Construction Status
The roundabout was opened to traffic on August 9, thank you for your patience during these road construction improvements.
