The cities of Apple Valley, Burnsville, Lakeville and Eagan (A.B.L.E.) invite other fire departments to rent and use their jointly-owned, modern fire training facility in Burnsville when it is not in use by the partner departments.
Facility Features
Incorporates the needs of a live fire training building and multi-level training tower into one single facility
Allows for live fire training on multiple levels
Provides training opportunities for search and rescue, forcible entry, ladder operations and more
Mimics the construction of large commercial and residential buildings
To Request a Rental
Scheduling the rental facility must be done at least 30 days in advance

Complete and sign a rental agreement - include requested rental dates
Submit a completed burn plan
