2. Moving In?
   Welcome to Burnsville, MN! The City sends out a utility bill each month with usage based in arrears. Therefore, the monthly bill is based on water used from the previous month. If you move in to your home in July, the meter reading for July water usage will be taken the first few days of August and the bill will be sent out at the end of August.
4. Water bills are based on usage as determined by the water meter located inside the property. Water meters are designed to register usage when water flows through the meter.
