   A neighborhood recognition request is the first step to starting your neighborhood organization. The neighborhood liaison will help you define the boundaries. The City Manager reviews all neighborhood recognition requests. For assistance with creating or managing your neighborhood organization, contact your Neighborhood Liaison.
