[ARCHIVED] Compost Site Open for Storm Debris

Last weekend's heavy snowfall may have been pretty but it sure made a mess! If you have tree and branch debris as a result, the Burnsville Compost Site is open, free of charge, now through Saturday, April 9 at 4:30 p.m.


Burnsville Compost Site is located off of 121st Street behind Dodge of Burnsville. 

  • Burnsville residents only
  • The site is open today (Monday, April 3) through Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
  • Drop off is free
  • Only trees, branches and vegetation will be accepted
  • Contractor drop-offs will not be allowed
  • Please do not leave any bags or trash at the compost site -- branches and sticks should be unbagged
