Southbound I-35W will be closed and detoured between the I-494 in Bloomington and Hwy 13 beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7 through 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 10. The following ramps will be closed: Black Dog Road, Cliff Road and Highway 13.
