Nicollet Commons Park is one of the first "town square" style parks to be developed into the metro area suburbs and serves as the focal point of Burnsville's Heart of the City (126th Street and Nicollet Avenue). The park features a 250-seat amphitheater for concerts and events, open green space, places for patrons to sit and enjoy lunch and a water feature. Park hours are 5 a.m. to midnight.
The water feature at Nicollet Commons is open the third weekend in May through the third weekend in September, weather permitting.
5/27: The water feature at Nicollet Commons Park is repaired and open for the season. We are excited to welcome everyone back to summer fun on the plaza!
