  • Replacing windows, patio doors, siding, roof
  • Adding a garage, room addition
  • Remodeling a kitchen, bath, basement
  • Adding or making changes to any existing electrical, heating, plumbing
  • Appliance replacements including, but not limited to, water heater, water softener, furnace and air conditioner
  • Installing lawn irrigation systems
  • Swimming pool installation or demolition
  • Building a retaining wall that is four (4) feet or greater in height when measured vertically from the footing to the top of the wall
