Ongoing Communication
You can expect to receive ongoing communication throughout the process:
- upon initial application submission
- once the application deadline has passed and the position is closed - with a timeline for application review and outlining approximately when you will hear back
- following application review on whether or not you have been selected to interview
An Interview
All candidates receive at least one interview before an offer is given. It is common for our application processes to hold two interviews.
Testing
Some positions require skills testing or assessments due to the nature of their roles. Many of our public safety positions require testing.
Background Check
All candidates are backgrounded before hire. Our public safety positions require an extensive background inclusive of finger printing and psychological evaluations.
