Don’t miss Burnsville’s ultimate summer celebration series! Party on the Plaza promises an evening of all-ages fun featuring live entertainment, food trucks, community booths, arts and craft vendors, games and more. Here's the lineup! Entertainment: Roxxy Hall Band (4 - 6 p.m.) and Big Toe & The Jam (7 - 9 p.m.) Food trucks: Brick Oven Bus Pizza, Squeals on Wheels, Game Day Grub, Twisted Chicken, Northern Aloha Ice, MN Nice Cream. Mediterranean Cruise Cafe will also be serving adult beverages. Activities: the yard games will be out and check out Kids Village for activities. Fun for all ages! New: try out skateboarding with SkaterApolis. Bring a board and safety gear if you have it or stop by and borrow some equipment. There will be a skateboarding competition from 6 - 7 p.m. Stop by and say hi to the market vendors and community booths
