Youth Ice Fishing
Minnesota Trout Unlimited will be coming out to Lac Lavon Lake to teach youth anglers the art of ice fishing. Please make sure to dress for the weather and wear your mask. All equipment will be provided.
Dates: Saturdays, Jan. 9, Jan. 23, Feb. 13, Feb. 20
All of the 13 outdoor skating rinks will be flooded beginning Saturday, Dec.19, weather pending. Due to the recent warm weather, we do not anticipate the rink condition being ready for skaters until the end of December. Warming houses are closed through Jan. 11 and their reopening will be reevaluated at that time. Please be aware that hours for each warming house may vary and COVID-19 guidelines will apply. Benches and outdoor restrooms will be provided at each site.
Neill sledding hill will also be available once we get significant snowfall.
Visit our Outdoor Rinks page for details on rink locations, conditions and lighting.
