Boys and ghouls of all ages are invited to this family-friendly event that includes an illuminated trick-or-treat trail, music and entertainment. Popcorn and beverages will be available for purchase from Kalli’s Popcorn Shop. Free parking is available at the Heart of the City Park and Ride Ramp and Parking Deck.
